Martin S. Frandsen, Managing Partner and Chief Engineer

For more than 30 years Martin Frandsen has cultivated a diverse breadth of experience in the technology field. As a result, his ability to determine and implement the right technology for MLPtech's clients is unmatched. He's responsible for most of the administrative and operational duties for the company and serves as the primary technical liaison between MLPtech and its vendor partners.

He has a unique understanding of network design and implementation, security, backup systems, storage area networks (SANs), and disaster recovery solutions.

In addition to a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, Mr. Frandsen holds specialized certifications on products from Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Novell, eVault, Equallogic, IBM, Xiotech, and VMware.

Len Kelinson, Partner/Sales

With 15 years of consultative sales experience in Network/System Integration, Len Kelinson's depth of knowledge and comfortable demeanor are critical to MLPtech's success. From project management to plain good advice, Len specializes in offering clients the right solution for their businesses.

He holds vendor sales certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Cisco, CA, HP, EqualLogic, VMware and many others. Len is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Marketing.

Patrick J. Tometich, Partner/Network Engineer

Since 1989 Pat Tometich has been actively designing, installing and supporting networks for small- to mid-sized businesses in the bi-state area. Vendor certifications from Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Cisco, Xiotech, Equallogic and various others combined with years of field experience give him the ability to determine and resolve just about any technology issue MLPtech's clients throw at him.

He is proficient with Microsoft/Novell Netware operating systems and Groupwise mail systems; Citrix platforms; Storage Area Networks; wireless networking; wide area networking; and data integrity with encryption and advanced backup solutions.
